The idea of the My Town Shoot-Out is to post photos of your local community every Friday. This week's assignment was chosen by Sarah, from Idaho.
All photos taken in Corvallis, Oregon.
This week: short but sweet.
This is our dog Eddy, who has just happily stuck his nose in a bush full of weed seeds. If we clipped him just right, and pushed out the front teeth just a little, I think he might resemble Benny.
Wonderful fun. I love your take this week.
ReplyDeleteYour shoot this week is going to the dogs. How wonderful! These pictures are so expressive. Thank you for sharing on this busy weekend and Happy Thanksgiving to the whole family (dogs included of course!)

Great photos and I loved the picture of Eddy - what a character!
ReplyDeleteRefreshing post! Love the shot of John and Reuben - funny! And the cheerful muffler, that's a classic.
ReplyDeleteEverybody in your town seems to have a great sense of humour!
ReplyDeleteI really really like your take on this Friday's theme. I was beginning to get jade with smiling people and you made me wake up and laugh.
ReplyDeleteNice juxtapostion of photos and as all good photos the tell a story. That last one reminds me of Wall-e
ReplyDeleteis Benny made of chocolate? the happy muffler is just great. I enjoyed the complete story.
ReplyDeleteAlas, no. The Benny statue is carved out of wood, not chocolate!
ReplyDeleteLove that first shot, such fun statue.
ReplyDeleteLove the muffler sculpture, now that's a creative, twisted mind.
ReplyDeleteThat's kind of a cool recycling effort of the muffler guy!
ReplyDeleteYou have a unique idea of the theme's faces and smiles. I love your photos especially the first one!
