I love this color! This is a painting of mine hung on the now-vivid kitchen wall.
Dried mango slices at the grocery store

A watercolor by an 8th grade student: my affection for this color could be contagious; I see it showing up a lot in their work!This weekend I am busy with our oldest son's wedding, which they have bravely planned to take place outdoors...and the weather is maybe, fingers crossed, going to cooperate! I hope you all have a great weekend; I'll stop by to see your favorite colors when the action settles down here.

ReplyDeleteKerry, my kitchen in Friburgo is the exact shade of yellow - I accented with royale blue - I LOVE IT. Your painting is very nice... the yellow and red tomatoes (I think) is my fav. congrat to your son and his bride.

Hubby loves those mangos, now if we could partner- I suspect the color would burst beyond belief!
ReplyDeleteWhat rich yellows and oranges! Why aren't mangoes called oranges? I guess it would confuse grocery shoppers.
