Love letters

They say that cats don't really show much affection, that they're only in it for themselves. While it's true that felines are self-centered creatures I don't believe they lack tenderness for their people. Sometimes it's not obvious, but if you're observant you'll see how much your cat cares. They're very intelligent animals. Finished with geometry at an early age, lately Tuck and Stitch have been practicing their writing skills to show me their appreciation:

So keep an eye on your household pets. They may be trying to tell you something.

    1. Hilary, would Benny accept a cat?

    2. He would and he does. Two of them in fact. They don't accept him quite as well, mind you. But they're all working on it. ;)

Benny is Frank's dog and I have two 14 year old guys. One who is very timid and was very fearful of Benny at first (5 years ago) but has come to tolerate him. The other one got the upper paw early on and often engages him in play. Benny is pretty good with other animals.. unless they're squirrels. ;)

    3. From his squirrel escapades, and because he's a JRT, I figured he has a high prey drive & so might be hard to co-habitate with kitties. What a great dog he is! Good boy Benny!

My kitty loves me, too. And not only because I feed her. :)

    1. Gail, it is so much easier taking photos of sleeping cats than it is taking shots of what you do. I am pitiful!

    1. Stephanie, they were born here, so they are quite free of angst and issues. Sometimes it seems like that comes through in pics of them. :-)
