What dog are you?

It's the weekend. If you are reading this, then you are bored and cruising around looking for something fun to read. No other reason to be looking at blogs on a weekend, when you could be out and about doing almost anything else.

So, about once a year I take a certain quiz. It is associated with a play in London, I think. I love the funky look to it, explained by the following info which I copied from the site:

There's a dog inside all of us, waiting to be let out. This game is based on a computer called SUKA, built in 1975 by Russian scientist Mikhail Volkonsky and now housed in a London museum.

SUKA is powered by CATS (Canine Algorithmic Transfer System™) which is able to determine what kind of dog you are. Simply answer 10 questions, being as honest and accurate as possible and CATS will calculate which breed you resemble the most.

There are only 10 questions. And nowhere does it ask if you want to share it on Facebook or Twitter! Go here and click on the icon in the sidebar to take this quiz.

I haven't changed from the last time I took it. I'm still a Nova Scotia Duck-Tolling Retriever.

  1. I am of all things a Hungarian Puli...I wouldn't want one as a pet though because unlike is high maintenance.

  2. I'm a tibetan terrior. Not sure I like the result of this one but it is what it is.

Oh....I don't come to read blogs when I'm bored. I don't get bored very easily. Reading blogs is like reading books. It's fun for me.

  3. It says I am a border collie which I find amusing.

  4. I'm a Hungarian Puli. I'd love to have one if I had a live in groomer.

  5. I'm a German Spitz. Pretty dog, but I don't like the idea of being yappy!

  6. Oh, man. I got a Schnauzer this time!

  7. Two Pulis, two German spitz, a border collie, a Tibetan terrier, and a schnauzer? What a strange bunch! Chrystal I can't believe you are a schnauzer: for several reasons that cracks me up!!

  8. Kerry, I can't believe I'm a German Spitz (although my maternal great-grandfather was from Germany). I'm the quiet type & definitely not so prissy looking. I took it twice & got the same thing both times!

  9. A spitz barks at a rate of over 150 times per minute... Lizzy, Merry?? But my dog book also describes you as "lively and agile," "very people-oriented," and "sensitive." So not all bad!

When you take it again, cheat about your height and body build! That will give you another category of dogs!
